- Cosmo and Nation's dress whites: They wear jackets with double vents in back, a 2-button front, 2 front patch pockets, and a left breast pocket with "SANITY" in script and "FOR TODAY" on the pocket. They wear white gloves for "Look What I Did To My ID."
- Women's skirts have back kickpleats (except Ansalong's--she tears it off right above the kickpleat)
- Dress whites definitely have shoulder pads. The tops have white metal dome snaps, not covered buttons (VERIFIED when I saw one of the actual costumes).
- The back zipper is "lapped" (covered with a bit of overlapping). Seen in the dress whites and all the greens.
- Dress whites have 1-button on collars (not two).
- Mom, Macy and Ansalong all have matching white patent purses with an adjustable strap buckled to itself and front closure
BRAD MAJORS
Brad's costume changes are relatively easy because he basically only has one outfit, which he adds a straight jacket to half way through the movie. Here's his list of costume features: (Thanks to Ruth Fink-Winter for some details and corrections)White crew-neck T-shirt (undershirt)
White button down long-sleeve shirt with the collar buttoned down. Shirt has left breast pocket. Cuffs button (no cuff links). The 4 buttons on Brad's cuffs are silver metal

Gray shoes. His shoes have a separate heel and look like suede. Laceups.

Mouth gag, white in color
Liquid medicine / red pills (provided by other characters)
JANET WEISS
Janet's costume changes are fairly easy, except for a couple, particularly those to and from the "Little Black Dress" she wears. Perhaps a "stunt" double for Janet will help during scenes like those. Regardless, here are the items Janet wears. (Again, Ruth Fink-Winter was kind enough to offer us some more details for this character's costume)START OF MOVIE: Pink Leisure Suit (Pant and Jacket). Janet's pink blazer is unlined, with 2 pink plastic buttons vertically on the left side at about waist level. The jacket hits her at about mid-ass. No buttons on the pink jacket cuffs.
White purse with white strap (same purse that Macy wears later on) Purse is definitely patent.
Red "double-heart" pin on her suit jacket

FARLEY FLAVORS

NURSE ANSALONG
Ruth Fink-Winter provides details for Ansalong's costumes...START OF FILM... After careful examination, it looks to me like she is wearing her black teddy under her nurse's outfit.
