ME OF ME
What I find to be the most intersting thing about
this song is that people often mistakenly call it "Me Me Me" instead of
it's real title, "Me Of Me." Cleverly written as a little tongue-in-cheek
song about conseted stars. For some weird reason, the cheerleaders
were dressed as ballerinas. How odd... Her last line in this
song is "Look at me" which is a direct reference to her last lines in the
song "Carte Blanche."
Janet: There's just the two of
me, alone at last together
We've got the luck so far
- we are my lucky star...
Deep in the heart of me
I love every part of me
All I can see in me is the
danger and ecstasy
One thing there couldn't
be is any more me in me
Cheerleaders: This is the me of
me - me me me
Janet: Me me
Me me me
Me me me
I am my destiny, je croirai
toujours en moi, ha ha
I'd never lie to me - I'd
be willing to die for moi
I'll pray every day to me
and here's what I'd say to me
Cheerleaders: This is the me of
me - me me me
Janet: Me me
Me me me
Me me me
Oh, me me
Me me me
Ohhhh me me
Look at me, Moi Moi.
